The micro-ellipsoid structures were studied in this thesis.The optical properties of micro-ellipsoidal structure for SiO2 was simulated by COMSOL software.Then the micro-ellipsoidal ellipsoidal structure was prepared with ganoderma lucidum spores?GLS?as a template.The ellipsoid structures were parpered such as Ganoderma lucidum spore@SiO2?GLS@SiO2?,Ganoderma lucidum spores@TiO2?GLS@TiO2?and Ganoderma lucidum spores@CuO?GLS@CuO?.And perform spectral detection and analysis on it.The main contributions of this dissertation are summarized as follows:1.According to software simulations,when ithe visible light with a wavelength of 500 nm and the near-infrared light with a wavelength of 3.0?m are incident on the SiO2 micron ellipsoidal array structure arranged in a hexagonal phase,there is a good band-like propagation characteristic.2.The modified St?ber method was used to prepare the hollow ellipsoid structure of GLS@SiO2,and its transmittance and reflectivity were measured.It was found that the multi-layered structure obtained by sedimentation had the highest reflectivity from 775nm to 800nm.The acceptance angle varies from 0°to 60°,and the reflectivity increases with the change of the acceptance angle.And after wrapping SiO2,the reflectivity can be enhanced.3.GLS@TiO2 and GLS@CuO were also prepared,and the reflectance was measured by an angle-resolved spectrometer in the range of the visible wavelengh.The results show that the GLS@TiO2 and GLS@CuO micro-ellipsoid structure have the stronger reflectivity while the wavelength is about 800nm.
