Taking the six various sporoderm-broken spores(SBS) and sporoderm-unbroken spores(SUS) of Ganoderma lucidum that were cultivated in four different province of China as materials, the dissertation measured and analyzed the several qualitative testing guideline of Ganoderma lucidum spores including oligosaccharide content, oligosaccharide component, protein content, amino acid component and saponin content. Whereas we drew the fingerprint chromatogram of Ganoderma Lucidum spores by TLC, G.C, HPLC. In the chemical-element comparison of the same kind of Ganoderma Lucidum spores, the Bai-fa SBS(broken rate was 88.3%) were 1.5 times, 1.2 times, 1.6 times than the Bai-fa SUS in protein content detecting by ultraviolet absorption method, oligosaccharide content and saponin content. But rude protein content of them were no distinct difference. In the available component measure and comparison, the different kind of Ganoderma Lucidum spores that cultivated in different producing area after exacted by 70% methanol, their oligosaccharide content and saponin content had uniform number percent: 0.6%-0.9%, 0.05%-0.09%. And the oligosaccharides are consisted of GalA and Glc. The finger print G.C. of the oligosaccharides exacted from the materials by 70% methanol had four characteristic apices in common. The finger print HPLC of them had two apices in common at 20 minute and 21minute. The fingerprint TLC of the saponin exacted from the materials had three uniform spot which had the same Rf. Whereas the water soluble oligosaccharide that had been exacted from Bai-fa SBS that cultivated in Fu-xin of Liao-ning province by 70% methanol, had been fractionated and purified. And I had some further research in physical character, IR, bioactivity of BPFA.
