Risk Analysis On Industrialization Of Zhuzhou Urban Living Garbage Burned Power

This research project is based on the current situation of Zhuzhou, combined with the current solution of the same in other cities at home and abroad. With in-depth understanding of the current risk analysis research at home and abroad,the paper use the qualitative and quantitative methods of evaluation and analysis to research the risk of urban living garbage burned power project in Zhuzhou city.First of all, the paper summary overview of the study on project risk analysis at home and abroad, and then describes studies on the theoretical basis of the project. In the second chapter, the paper makes needs analysis and uncertainty analysis, and also provides a brief introduction on the basic situation of the project. Analysis reveals the lower financial-economic benefits of the project itself, but with better environmental and social benefits. Analysis shows the stability of the initial construction investment and the project operating costs control are major sources of the project’s risk, in addition, the government’s subsidies for the project plays a key role.In the third chapter of the paper, we identified the main risk factors of the project through verification. The fourth chapter focus on the project’s risk analysis, and then use the fuzzy evaluation system to evaluate the status of project risks. The project got83.9as the integrated project risk score, it shows the project is in a safe condition.We also found:environmental risk, economic risk and credit risk are key risks in the project, affecting the success of the project, while the project risk and the management risk are less. Then, the paper concludes with the appropriate risk control measures.On the whole, the project risk can be controlled with more satisfying feasibility, and its research methods also have certain significance. After the completion of the project, it will realize harmless treatment of domestic waste in Zhuzhou city, greatly improve the living environment, local economic and social harmonious development in the city. The construction and management process of the project will provide valuable experience and learning material for the similar project in the future.
