Fracturing Sand Blender is one of the core fracturing operation equipment, and depend on11load subsystems to complete the preparation and delivery of fracturing fluid. The power of load adopts full hydraulic pressure drive. The load speed of the hydraulic pressure system is controlled by a closed loop control systems which is formed by the sensor collecting load information, to ensure the quality of the fracturing liquid mixture. This paper studies on the Blender hydraulic control system and strategy, including the following aspects.1. The overall program of the Blender hydraulic system, including hydraulic drive system and automatic control system, is determined on the basis of the status Fracturing Sand Blender research and development. The design of hydraulic system, include selection of the transmission scheme and main component, is been ensured after the analysis of the characteristics of the system load, then to complete design of the automatic control system.2. The design of Sand Blender control system, including hardware selection and determining parameter, is achieved according to the system of automatic control scheme. This topic selects Siemens S7-300series PLC as slave of control system based on inputting and outputting characteristics of the comprehensive analysis system and control requirements. The design peripheral circuit of control system and assign I/O address is completed after configuration input and output module of control system.3. This thesis adopts fuzzy PID strategy and PID control strategy, to actualize designing of the control algorithm, to achieve controlling requirements of the control system, According to the degree of difficulty and the control accuracy requirements of establishing Fracturing Sand Blender hydraulic control system model.4. On the basis of the control program and control algorithms determine, the design of programming and HMI for Fracturing Sand Blender hydraulic control system is been achieved by utilizing STEP7and WinCC software. And the simulation results on STEP7and WinCC show that the control system can meet the control requirements and with good control effect.
