The Research Of Maintenance Management In Jinji Highway

The Jinji Expressway opened to traffic on September25,2003. Since then, it hasplayed a key role in the area of transport. As time goes on, with the increasing trafficin the Jinji Expressway, the traffic of heavy vehicles also begin to increasesignificantly, so that The Jinji Expressway along Bridge Structure appeared a certaindegree of damage. For this reason, many of the highway had to repair and overhaultheir pavement in advance, the workload of minor repairment and maintenance alsobegin to increase gradually, and the maintenance work of highway is more and moreimportant. To analysis the conservation status of the Jinji Expressway, we found that,in the past, the source of maintenance funding was special maintenance fees, now itbecome financial allocation, so that conservation fund can not be guaranteed andeffective. We need to go on effective cost management for the maintenance work ofhighway, carry out reasonable arrangements for limited conservation funds, so that wecan improve the efficiency of its use, thus we can reduce the cost of maintenance andmaintenance management.To seek the effective maintenance measures about Jinji Expressway, the theorybegin with the theory of project cost management and project cost control, thenanalysis maintenance management factors of the Jinji Expressway, which can givesolid guarantee for the Jinji Expressway in optimal management. First, this studydescribes the research background and significance of the expressway maintenancemanagement, then according to the theory of project cost management and projectcost control theory, and characteristics of expressway maintenance management, aswell as expressway maintenance management mode at home and abroad, the study tryto seek the theoretical basis for this research; then the study analysis the overview ofmaintenance project about the Jinji Expressway, focus on maintenance managementfactors in the Jinji Expressway, the purpose is to seek for the crux of the existingproblem in the maintenance and management of Jinji Expressway.Through the above analysis, the study established the maintenance principles,objectives and positioning in the Jinji Expressway, and made scientific maintenanceplan, optimized the maintenance process, as well as building maintenance andmanagement system, which give the guarantee of maintenance optimizationmanagement in the Jinji Expressway. Combined with the maintenance principles andideas, the study begin to optimize the maintenance process, for example, deal with the optimization process of the crack in highway, dispose the optimization process of thepotholes in highway, handle the optimization process of the track in highway. Finally,the study give three methods, include maintenance ex post evaluation about highway,maintenance and management of performance appraisal standards, and establishinformation management system. By the above analysis and discussion, this studyprovides technical support for the maintenance project in the Jinji Expressway, andenrich the practice of project management research.
