Research About Qulity Management On The Project Of Some District’s 220kV Substation

Transformer substation,which plays a critical role in transformation and distribution of electric energy,is the important part of the power system and the middle part of contacting power plants and the user.To ensure the quality reaching its established object is a necessary condition of stable power supply. Quality problems will cause the substation outage,and then resulting to an lack of power in the region, affecting people’s lives or industrial production, producing enormous economic losses to society, which is a part of unnecessary loss of people that can be avoided through efficient management measures. But high quality substation requires high standards of quality planning, especially high-quality management in the course of construction, which requires the administrator to be in charge of the construction process strictly,and adhere to high standards and strict requirements to control every aspect of the construction process,that is an important process to ensure the quality of the substation.This article is a study about the voltage rating of 220 kV transformer substation,which is a main substation of the region with representative meaning in its process of management.In this article, we discuss the present international and domestic quality management of substation,and find the insufficient of domestic management methods through the comparison of domestic and international quality management of substation.And then present the project overview of this paper in based on introducing basic content of management, quality management, quality management features, project quality management and so on.According to the above content we discuss this project is how to combine the substation project’s characteristics with total quality management for planning, working, controlling and inspecting the project quality objectives. And then we use specific management method to run the project to meet the established quality object on the basis of total quality management.In the end of the paper we combine the current development of quality management with other aspects of project management,and then discuss the growth direction of quality management synthetically.
