It is known that power industry is a fundamental industry concerning national economy and the people's livelihood.Stable and reliable high-quality power supply is the basis for the continuous development of China's economy.Limited by geographical conditions,China's power energy is abundant in western region,but surprisingly,the developed coastal cities are key demanders,which poses a huge challenge between the supply and demand regions to the power grid construction – longer distance.Accordingly,the substation as a key node in the power grid,its construction plays a prominent role in the power grid construction.Undoubtedly,the construction quality of substation is directly related to safety of power grid operation;for instance,in power supply,the substation is the distribution center of the load and of course,the construction quality of transformer substation directly affects power supply,which is related to the local economic and social development In other words,a stable power supply also impacts people's livelihood and social stability directly.During the construction of the transformer substation,the construction quality of each step is strictly controlled to ensure that the final quality goal of the transformer substation is achieved.In this paper,the author adopted basic theories and technical methods of quality management as support,combined with the actual situation of the KX Beishan Substation transformation project to analyze the practical problems in project construction from the following perspectives: In Chapter 1,the project background and management methods and means are introduced,followed by relevant theories on quality management,basic concepts and development process of quality management in Chapter 2.In Chapter 3,the author introduces basic conditions,objectives and characteristics of the project,and describes the project's organizational structure,task package decomposition and responsibility assignment in details.Subsequently,Chapter4 discusses the author's study on quality management,who elaborately analyzed and explored issues from quality planning,quality assurance and quality control.In this Chapter,the management means and methods including PDCA cycle,causal-effect method and layered graph are adopted.Moreover,considering realities of the project,the author introduces special management means of the power industry,namely:guardian system,pre-post work meeting system,etc.,which provides a reliable guarantee to realize quality objectives.In Chapter 5,the author investigates six factors(5M1E)of construction quality,and applies control and management to each factor accordingly.Moreover,in this Chapter,an introduction to the continuous improvement of quality is given,and some improved methods and specific cases of improvement are also listed,which helps improve project quality steadily.In the last part,the author briefly analyzes the reasons why the project can be completed with high quality on time,as well as some achievements of the author in the research process of the project,which has accumulated valuable experience for future work.Through the research on the qualitymanagement of KX Beishan transformer substation project,this paper hopes to provide some reference and for the construction of related projects of our company.
