The Design Research Of Senior Resident Community Of Population Aging In Anhui

Following the accelerated speed of population aging in China,the problem ofsupporting old-age population has become a focus of all society.Aging problem is one ofthe major social problems related to people’s livelihood and national long-term stability.Thehousing problem of the old people is one of the most important problem for our society.The community and house for the aged could be one of keys to solve housing problemin an aging society.This paper delivers principles,methods and strategies on design ofcommunities in Anhui Province by reviewing theory,deep awareness of the AgeingProblems.On these basis,put forward the design method of community for the aged inAnhui Province.First of all,studies lead us to know housing conditions and home environment for theaged in Anhui.Second,we also want to find out the residential patterns and characteristics ofplanning for the communities. The Third one，article of the designing principle and concretedetails of architectural design.The last one,offer a few ideas for the design of communityfor the aged in Anhui Province in the future.
