Studies On Foshan Power Grid Energy-saving And Emission Reduction Management Evaluation System

In recent years, China’s rapid economic growth, the construction has made greatachievements, but economic development and resources and the environment becomeincreasingly acute contradictions. Energy conservation is the current national economic worka critical task, the power industry is in a prominent position. Currently the power sectorenergy conservation has become an important task of grid enterprises, the state has made itclear indicator. Ground-level power supply enterprises as the national grid company and thehigher specific implementation of energy saving policies, its energy conservationmanagement has important practical significance and value, and ground-level networkplanning, operation and other aspects are equally important. In this thesis, in full knowledgeof countries and China Southern Power Grid energy saving policies, based on the order ofFoshan Power Supply Bureau, represented by the municipal power supply bureau and countybureau to analyze the energy consumption is analyzed in the context of energy saving FoshanPower Supply Bureau management presents new features and new problems. In2011for thepresent year,2011-2015year planning horizon, explore the establishment of energyefficiency management evaluation system, and from the technical measures and managementmeasures proposed two-level power supply enterprise energy conservation measures for themajor work.The significance of this study is mainly the management of its own energy consumptionof Foshan bureau put forward improvement measures and supervision and examinationmethods, to complete the task of energy-saving emission reduction in China Southern PowerGrid, Guangdong power grid in the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, effective control of theactual, energy-saving emission reduction work to establish multi sectoral joint evaluationsystem, promote the energy saving, improve the utilization rate of energy related to makeactive exploration, but also provide the reference for the work of energy-saving emissionreduction South Power Grid Corp system around the city power supply company and countypower supply company.
