In the construction of urban park-and-ride system at the same time, it is necessary to pay more attention to its service level; therefore, the thesis is aim at studying the service level of urban park-and-ride system.This thesis mainly studies the factors that affect the urban park-and-ride system’s service level, on the basis of analyzing the service level’s influence factors, in accordance with the principle of scientific and practical, the principle of comprehensive and systematic, the principle of comparability and reliability of the indicators, and the visual and operability principle of the index. Building the urban park-and-ride system’s service level evaluation index system, do qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to each index, and detailed analyze the meaning and the calculation method of each index. Finally, select a city to do empirical analysis, through the empirical analysis mining of the inherent law of city park-and-ride system’s service level, and found that the main problems existing in urban park-and-ride system, and to provide scientific decision support for the urban planning and the business management of the park-and-ride enterprise.Throughout the full text, on the basis of expounding the purpose and meaning of urban park-and-ride system’s service level, analyzes the related research status of the urban park-and-ride system’s service level at home and abroad, introduces the parking demand theory, urban parking planning, urban parking classification, the city park-and-ride system and the service level theory, Analyzes the urban park-and-ride system, the effect factors of urban park-and-ride system’s service level and the necessity to evaluate the service level of the urban park-and-ride system, introduced the single evaluation method, combination evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods and some other commonly used evaluation methods. Finally, on the basis of the paper to establish evaluation index system, based on the basic situation of M city’s urban park-and-ride system, through the investigation and sort out the relevant data, using the analytic hierarchy process (AMP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the service level of M city’s urban park-and-ride system, and gives some suggestions on the development of the future.
