Facing with the increasingly strained urban parking and urban traffic condition, striving for the construction of the urban parking transfer hub system has become an indispensable part of urban transportation planning. In the construction of urban park-and-ride system at the same time, it is necessary to pay more attention to its service level; therefore, the thesis is aim at studying the service level of urban park-and-ride system.This thesis mainly studies the factors that affect the urban park-and-ride system’s service level, on the basis of analyzing the service level’s influence factors, in accordance with the principle of scientific and practical, the principle of comprehensive and systematic, the principle of comparability and reliability of the indicators, and the visual and operability principle of the index. Building the urban park-and-ride system’s service level evaluation index system, do qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to each index, and detailed analyze the meaning and the calculation method of each index.
