The bridge is the most vulnerable, the most expensive part of the road network, once quality accidents of bridge engineering, have great harm will give the project economic benefit and social benefit. In bridge engineering project implementation process, the construction phase is the key stage to realize and ultimately the formation of engineering entity engineering design, but also to ensure that an important stage of the project quality, but also the most prone to engineering quality accident stage. Therefore, research on construction project quality control of the bridge, to improve the quality of construction projects, it is very important to strengthen the total quality management of Engineering project.Prestressed simply supported continuous beam bridge is one of the most widely used form of the current highway bridge in the bridge construction, the paper adopted questionnaire survey carried out for this type of bridge construction project quality management, and the application of four quadrant model on the importance of the problem are analyzed, a clear the main direction of the solution. Based on the characteristics of relying on the project of bridge construction was analyzed, using the theory and method of total quality management, system is established based on the project quality management system, reasonable distribution of quality management responsibilities, standardize the quality system operation process. Through the study of simply supported continuous beam bridge construction process, the key control points of construction quality, and improve management quality and PDCA cycle of prefabricated T beam in the QC group activity. In the PDCA method under the guidance, through the application of fishbone diagram, Pareto Diagram, the chart of causal analysis and other tools, to find the main factors influencing the prefabricated T beam quality, from the five aspects of work, machine, material, method, ring out to because of, to make a solution and put them into practice, finally obtained good results.Research on Evaluation of bridge based on the project quality management, put forward the prestressed simply supported continuous beam bridge construction quality management system construction and operation mechanism, and application of PDCA circulation on the key quality control project management practice, have achieved good results, can provide practical experience for the future development of this type of bridge construction project.
