In this paper, the cement composite template as permanent formwork is made by a certain percentage of the raw materials such as the cement, sand, fly ash, perlite and super-plasticizer after mixing fiberglass mesh to reinforce, with pouring concrete into the whole, to form a " template-reinforced concrete-templates" sandwich-type composite shear wall. Based on the preliminary research results, the cement composite as a permanent formwork under the static loads is feasible. This paper will study on the mechanical properties of the sandwich composite shear wall under the repeated load. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through the design of6pieces of composite shear walls, which are under the condition of the different width to thickness ratio, axial compression ratio, the template form, the connection between the templates. Under the low cyclic loading test, compared different conditions of composite shear wall with crack occurrence, development, failure modes, as well as the performance of a template to work with the core area of concrete; experimental results show that the increasing of the axial compression ratio or the width to thickness ratio of the shear wall specimens can deeply improve each stage of the value of the load, but the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimen will be slightly lower; comparing with two different template correlation mode specimen of the shear wall, the carrying capacity and deformation capacity of both are similar, but the bonding shear wall stud is mechanically connected to the interface template and the concrete specimen can be improved to a certain extent template.(2)The test results show that:the carrying capacity, the deformation capacity, the hysteretic behavior and the energy dissipation capacity of the composite shear wall specimens and ordinary shear wall specimens are not very different; but the stiffness of the composite shear wall decayed in a higher rate than the ordinary shear ones, so did the ductile. From the failure modes of all kinds shear wall specimen, most of the compression area of the concrete in the ordinary concrete shear wall is crushed, while the composite shear wall using the cement templates is less slightly crushed, and there is very few of the falling chunks of the concrete. The number of cracks in composite wall raises more than the traditional wall and the width of the cracks in composite wall is smaller than the traditional wall, and most of the concrete in the compression area of the root of the wall crushed is the Suixiao particles; it turns out that the template can bound the concrete in the core area to a certain extent, and can restrain the occurrence and the development of cracks in the wall. From the construction, in the entire pouring process, the shear wall specimens without the cement template to pour do not obviously change, while the shear wall specimens with wooden templates on both sides are slightly bulged, which indicated that the cement template with matching support device has the ability to better resist the lateral pressure.
