Study On Basic Farmland Postioning Method At County Level Based On GIS

It’s important since there are less farmland than the population in our country,and farmland resourses reserve’s cultivatied.To protect the food security and maintain social stability.It is the basic farmland that directly affect food security,the implementation of the basic farmland protection is essentially an implementation of protection of farmland.The farmland should be designated into basic farmland with better quality of land,traffic conditions,continuity and water conservancy infrastructure characteristic;but the designated of farmland at this stage goes against this principle.That lead to an optionally designated of farmland.As the consequencies,the farmland protection is just at quantity level instand of quality level.This paper based on the basic farmland protection planning at present and the problems that exist in current land use planning characteristic and requirement,in farmland protection planning,according to the meaning of basic farmland,the basic farmland space positioning method for research and exploration.This paper take broad mountainous area Fei Xian,Shandong Province as an example,start from the characterists,refer to the quality of farmland evaluation method all around.Take the2009second national land survey as work reproduction,combined with the MapGIS and ArcGIS software,select the natural conditions,location on the conditions of elements to establish basic farmland factor evaluation index system and the index weight,apply GIS technology extraction generation different evaluation index data.With ArcGIS9.3as processing platform,uses its powerful space analysis ability,implement basic farmland spatial orientation, confirming Fei Xian basic farmland area of71515.0hectares.With appropriate integration of agricultural land after revision results verification,will be natural quality of cultivated land into high index of basic farmland protection areas.The results tally with the actual situation,avoid the "bad not optimal,delimit row row far not cross near" issues.As the applying of GIS in the management of land resources is more and more thorough,by using GIS software process in the land resources management of related daily work is key research. This paper by using GIS, affected the basic farmland distribution factors factor for analysis, that basic farmland spatial orientation of the general principle, method and steps to the basic farmland demarcated, eliminates a lot of subjectivity basic farmland demarcated influence. Prove this thinking is feasible, provides the technical support in the basic farmland demarcated.
