Study On Demarcating Method Of Basic Farmland Based On Cultivated Land Quality Comprehensive Evaluation

Cultivated land is the basic resource for human survival.In recent years,the area of cultivated land has been in decrease and the quality of cultivated land has been declined.Basic farmland is the essence of arable land.How to demarcate and protect basic farmland scientifically and rationally is an important issue to implement the protection system of cultivated land.In this paper,taking Wuyishan city as the research object for empirical research.The index system of comprehensive evaluation of cultivated land quality was established by selecting 10 indexes of the quality of cultivated land and the site condition of the cultivated land.First use the GIS spatial analysis method to deal with the factors.Then calculate the comprehensive quality of each evaluation unit.Finally determine the basic farmland.The results showed that the area of basic farmland in Wuyishan was higher than that of the basic farmland protection index issued by Nanping,and the quality of basic is better than the planning of basic farmland.Compare the results of the basic farmland and the planning of basic farmland to prove scientific of demarcating method.Finally,by calculating the capacity of cultivated land in Wuyishan as the basic famland,it can provide theoretical support and scientific basis for promoting the construction of high standard basic farmland.
