Objective: Through the data analysis of the vacuum sealing drainage technologyin autologous skin-grafting surgery application, reported the vacuum sealing drainagetechnology in closed the clinical effect of bone surgery applications.Methods: From March2011to January2012,16Patients with soft tissue defectsin the lower limb, Skin avulsed injury or take off the set of skin in9patients. VSD isapplied after autologous skin-grafting surgery. Through the record the patient thepostoperative complications,the initial graft survival rate, hospital stays, woundcommon bacteria cultivation and time of wound repair in the course of treatment toevaluate the clinical effect of VSD.Results: There were five cases of postoperative complications in25patients. Thecase of bone or tendon exposed is0; Local wound infection occurs in2cases.3caseshappen allergy around the skin of wounds; The average survival rate of firstskin-grafting is about88.71%;The cultivation of common bacteria is positive in2cases;Wounds repair need7.18days in average; The shortest time of hospital stays is7days,the longest time is31days, the average time is16.28days.Conclusions: After autologous skin-grafting surgery application the vacuumsealing drainage technology is a new processing method, it has simple operation and donot need frequent change dressings, relieve the pain of patients, reducing the workloadof medical personnel, it can effectively prevent and control the infection, reducepostoperative complications, improve skin grafts survival rate for the first time andshorter hospital stays.
