ObjecriveThe axons after sciatic nerve crush injury repair and regeneration as the breakthrough point, discussion of Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization on the effectiveness of treatment of rabbit sciatic nerve injury, to provide a theoretical basis for the following peripheral nerve injury rehabilitation program reasonable formulation.MethodsThe establishment of24rabbit sciatic nerve crush injury Sunderland grade III injury model, were randomly divided into4groups:model group, Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization group, neural mobilization group, Jiaji electropuncture group,6rabbits in each group. Another6rabbits in sham operation group. Rehabilitation training for third days after operation, the model group, sha-m operation group without any intervention, Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization group, Jiaji electroacupunctrue group, neural mobilization group intervention treatment of different.4weeks after treatment, HE staining was used to observe the growth of axons of the sciatic nerve, immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of S100B protein and Elisa detection of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) content.Result1. HE staining was used to observe the growth of axons of the sciatic nerve:4weeks after treatment, Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization group, electroacupuncture group, neural mobilization group, sham operation group of rabbit sciatic nerve HE staining: axonal growth, nerve fibers, beam membrane structure are better than that of model group, and electroacupuncture combined with neural mobilization group was better than that of neural mobilization group and electroacupuncture group.2. Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of S100B protein:4weeks after treatment, each group were higher than the sham operation group, the differences were statistically signific-ant (P<0.05). Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization group, electroacupuncture group, neural mobilization were higher than those in the model group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization group was higher than that of Jiaji electro acupuncture group, neural mobilization group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Jiaji electroacupuncture and neural mobilization groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).3. Elisa detection of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF):4weeks after treatment, each group were higher than the sham operation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Jiaji electroacupuncture and neural mobilization groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusions1. neural mobilization, Jiaji electro acupuncture, Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization can promote axon regeneration of injured nerves, and Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization is better than that of Jiaji electro acupuncture and simple neural mobilization. 2. neural mobilization, Jiaji electro acupuncture, Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization can enhance the expression of S100B in nerve injury, and serum CNTF, BDNF, and Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization is better than that of neural mobilization and simple electroacupuncture.3.The increased content of3Jiaji electro acupuncture combined with neural mobilization the sciatic nerve increased the expression of S100B and serum CNTF,BDNF, which may promote nerve axon regeneration mechanism of. |
