In China, the proliferation of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy fakes are rampant, and it is hard todetermine the authenticity and the fake..With the phenomenological theory as the starting point, this paperAnalysis it from the two dimensions of the body and the other, which not only investigates the phenomenonof Chinese Painting and Calligraphy fakes’ origin, but also takes into account the phenomenon of Chinesecalligraphy and painting fakes’ construction. This phenomenon of Chinese calligraphy and painting fakesdoes not just reflect the chaos of the Chinese calligraphy art market surface, but to "facing thingsthemselves", explored calligraphy fakes exist essentially.This article adopts the research methods of logic deduction.In the introduction part, the research statusof related Chinese calligraphy and painting fakes is focused on, expounded the significance and innovationof this paper.The full text is divided into three chapters:The first chapter explores the origin of the presence of Chinese calligraphy and painting fakes. Thischapter begins with concept of calligraphy fake, including fakes and original Imitation among differencesand connections as well as in the painting market itself construction,questioning calligraphy and paintingfakes identity. With the phenomenology of time to explore the origin and evoulution, this paper finallyexplores calligraphy fakes of human factors through the ancient culture. Thus it explores the phenomenonof Chinese calligraphy and painting fakes.The second chapter bases on "the other" theory in the phenomenology, respectively from the consumerrights, art of calligraphy and painting market (that is, art expert) and the perspective of painting andcalligraphy art creators to construct the "other" image: fake,edges, plagiarism. It clarifies the legality of theconstruction of Chinese painting and calligraphy art in the market, namely: the true, the center and theoriginal.The third chapter represents the significance of being of Chinese calligraphy and painting fakes.Chinese painting and calligraphy fakes in real life presents objective existence, which means that theobjective is reality. From the image of the "form" but no "god" to the speculative motive forgetting painfullessons of "art", this paper puts forward to what poor "legacy", which is the "being" of the Chinese calligraphy and painting fakes deep decoding.Conclusion part summarizes the full text of " facing things themselves ", revealing innate character of"being" of Chinese calligraphy and painting fakes.
