Research On The Present Situation Of Ningxia Cultural Industry And It’s Development Path

Recognized as the most promising and potential "Sunrise Industry" in21st century, Ningxia cultural industry has already burst out amazing power in the first decades of this century. Being the unique Muslim province in China, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is featured by its special natural characteristics, distinctive cultural tradition and unique ethnic accumulation with which other provinces can not compete. What can not be neglected is that Ningxia cultural industry is still in early stages of starting, exploring and cultivating, and its scale advantage has not taken on the shape yet. Compared with other provinces, Ningxia still has a long way to go. This thesis analyzes the development situation and policies of Ningxia cultural industry with the combination of the reform on cultural system. In order to rapidly build the cultural tourism and the related groups in Ningxia cultural industry with a construction of high-tech content and cultural value as its core competitiveness, many ideas have been put forward on improving the competitiveness of Ningxia cultural industry and relevant policies have been provided for its development.This thesis adopts the method of SWOT to analyze the development of Ningxia cultural industry, by pointing out its Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats and other factors in the development of Ningxia cultural industry to evaluates the intensity, which help to build a SWOT matrix of Ningxia cultural industry development to quantify. According to the data, it turns out that Ningxia cultural industry is in a proactive strategic interval. Finally, this thesis integrates the factors of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat, with the formation of SO, WO, ST and WT strategies, and aggregates them into the development path for Ningxia cultural industry. In the end, there will be an objective summary made according to the research results which will come up to some countermeasures and suggestions aimed to provide diligent support for the development of Ningxia cultural industry in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.
