Spoken Chinese course takes a great part of in the practice of TCAL. Most overseastudents pay attention to it, and they focus on how to improve them selves to meet the higherrequirement in the near future. In today’s TCAL class, the conventional Behaviorisms patternstill has certain influence. In order to set the students free from the hard "R-S"training, itbecome necessary to enable them to build their own language system. Thus, this paper selectthe "scaffolding instruction" as the core theory, which will be used in the Spoken Chinesecourse design. The goal of this research is to provide a teaching-pattern which fits theforeigners’ cognitive features.
