Love for today’s college students both familiar and unfamiliar, the same is also true for psychologists. Foreign psychologist pay more attention on the study about love however, domestic psychology research is still in a draw on the stage, and the social relations of property of love doomed it is influenced by culture. The study of intimate relationship satisfaction and conflict is more conducive to develop school education and psychological counsel.The researchers chose grounded theory approach, using semi-structured interviews into qualitative research of intimate relationship satisfaction and conflict of college students.40college students to being in love or at least have a love experience were interviewed. Through the construction and analysis of semi-structured interviews material, the theory is established.The conclusions are as follows:1. The influencing factors of college students’love satisfaction are mainly three categories:personal psychological factors, interaction factors, and ecological factors.2. The dynamic process of the conflict in college students’love includes the type of conflict event, the type of conflict coping style and the result of the conflict.3.The level of intimate relationship satisfaction of students is related with the clashes, compromise and avoidance behavior occurred, but the exact relationship needs further study.4.Students in love conflict will feel the sustained negative emotional experience, which will disappear or stable until the end of the conflict.5. The level of intimate relationship satisfaction of students is influenced by the conflict results.Based on the above conclusions, the researcher puts forward the recommendations of the mental health education and research prospects.
