Chinese and Spanish belong to different language families. And the difference in theattribute is very notable. Based on the comparison of the Chinese and Spanish attribute,and by analyzing the inter language corpus, which is on the basis of the homework andtests of the students, the writer summarized the types of errors appeared in the primarystudy stage of the Peruvian Chinese learners. A test was designed to testify and the reasonsof those errors were analyzed. In the end the specific teaching strategies were presented.The whole thesis is divided into five chapters.In the first chapter, the writer summarized the previous researches of the Chineseattribute and confirmed the significance and purpose of this topic. Moreover, thetheoretical basis for research, research methods and the problem to be solved were putforward at the same time.In the second chapter, the writer compared the attributes in Chinese and Spanish in thefollowing five aspects: the definitions for the attributes of the two languages, the languageunits functioning as attributes, semantic relations and relative positions of the attributesand their head words, the structural marks and the sequence of multi-attributes. And astudy of attributes which was based on the syllabus and the teaching material was alsocarried out.In the third chapter, by analyzing the inter language corpus, the writer generalized thefour types appeared in the primary stage of learning among the Peruvian Chinese learners.They appeared in the following four cases: the use of the quantity expressions, the relativepositions of the attributes and their head words, the sequence of multi-attributes and theuse of the structural particle “de”.In the fourth chapter, in the consideration of the learner, the teacher, and the teachingmaterial the writer presented specific teaching strategies for avoiding the misuse of thequantity expressions, the improper of the sequence of multi-attributes and the errors of thestructural particle “de”. Then the writer validated them by comparative experiment.In the last chapter, the writer summarized the whole thesis and pointed out thelimitations in this thesis.
