In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, polysemous verbs are difficult pointsdue to their multiplicity of meanings.In learning Chinese,students tend to use thesimple meaning or the meaning they learn in the first place.But for the othermeanings,students usually shy away from or easy to confuse with the meaning of thecommonly used.The meanings of the polysemous verb “suan” are complex and havestrong subjectivity so that the foreign students will make a lot of syntactic andsemantic errors. Therefore,we need to analyze and summarize these errors to find outthe reasons and solutions.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the reason of the research,research objectivesand significance as well as the theoretical basis and research methods and soon.Summarized the ontology meaning and the use of “suan” on the basis ofpredecessors’ studies.The second chapter investigates the relevant materials and classroomteaching;According to the research scope of this article and in line with the actualconditions of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,we investigated the relevantmaterials and classroom teaching,in this way to understand the actual situation ofteaching Chinese as a foreign language.The third chapter summarizes the semantic and syntactic performance of“suan”and its related words.Through the literature investigation,classified andanalyzed the semantic and syntactic performance of “suan”and its related words.Sowe can clear their meanings of their Chinese ontology and use.The fourth chapter focuses on the statistics and analysis of corpus data;Throughthe ways of searching the corpus, test investigation,we collected the related corpusdata and concluded the overall situation of students’ acquisition.We summarized twocategories and eight small kinds of error types.On the basis of classification,thisarticle used data,chart and other forms during the analysis and statistics.And discussedthe reasons of the errors on the basis of Contrastive Analysis,Error Analysis and Interlanguage Theory.The fifth chapter is devoted to the strategies for students acquisition errors.Inview of the analysis of the causes,this article puts forward the correspondingimprovement strategies respectively from the aspect of teaching materials,teachersand the learners themselves。The conclusion part summarizes the major content of this article and pointed outthe innovative and deficient points.
