Context is very essential for learning a second language. There are two options inlearning Chinese as a second language: one is learning under the target-languagecontext,study naturally, another is learning under the non-target language context atthe language training school. This paper is based on the students who study Chineseunder the Korean context---Korean branch of the Bohai University. There is anobvious contrast between Chinese context and Korean context in audiovisual course.How to design a suitable course for Korean students to learn the Chinese under theKorean Context, and how to stimulate their interest and attract them into theclassroom, training the students’ visual, listening, reading and writing ability of usinga second language. The thesis mainly introduces the research background andsignificance, reviews the present situation of audiovisual course in domestic andabroad and proposes the basic principles of intermediate audiovisual course under theKorean context. the design of audiovisual course is based on the survey of Koreanstudents’ Chinese learning needs, choosing six hot spots from the TV drama resources-"Struggle" to make the course plan. In short, the thesis aims to explore the integrationmode of TV drama resources and Chinese language teaching, and to enhance theproficiency of Chinese learner.
