Emergency communication is an important part of the Government’s emergency management. How to improve the communication skills of the government in emergency management to deal effectively with the public crisis, has become a very tight and heavy. This paper tries to the status quo in the social transformation of government during the emergency management communication and problem analysis, to learn from foreign advanced technology and experience, focusing on the establishment of awareness of emergency management, emergency management agency, emergency communication, emergency communication mechanism is established, government and society cooperation and coordination, and explore the conditions of our country’s government emergency communication mechanism, efforts to improve the communication capacity of the government departments.
