In the era of Marx’s life, the contradiction of human and land relationship was not sharply like today, Marx did not make special study, but his writings do contain a large number of human and land relationship thought. It originated from Marx’s criticism to capitalist agriculture, and the reality of the social resource scarcity, and environmental damage dilemma, the formation of his ideas also influenced by other scholars. Marx first to definite land, he thinks that the nature is all labor data and the nature is the first source of labor. In his view, the natural concept is human practice element, and is the existence of things in general. On this basis, Marx understands that capitalist private ownership of land destruction and exploitation.Marx’s thought of the relationship between human and land is displayed in his each time works, rich and profoundly. In his book, he pointed out that capitalist predatory towards land leads to soil fertility decline and the destruction of the ecological environment, and discussed the alienation that capitalist system put on land, analysised the capitalist land destruction of the deep-seated reasons. And he through this "social" channel to see land in society factors change including social production, exchange, consumption and other intermediarys. In the elaboration of human destruction of land at the same time, he also studied the land for human "revenge", soil fertility drops, grain crop falls makes agriculture affected by such problems are the bad performance of human and land ethic relationship. In view of the land’s crimes, Marx put forward the thought of ecological agriculture, more praiseworthy for one’s excellent conduct is his thought of specific land conservation measures, such as fertilization, irrigation in the farming, the paper put forward specific conservation methods. The research of this subject in the contemporary society, establish scientific land protection and rational development and utilization of land has the important practical significance.
