Currently our country is in the important opportunity period of rapid economic and social development, and also in the period of social transformation, which faces the diversity of interest demands and multiple social conflicts. At this special stage, with the speeding up of urbanization, the trend of rural surplus labor migrating to urban area is increasingly obvious. Because of some factors such as the limitation of household registration system, in the process of rural labor flowing to city, there are tens of millions of rural left-behind children. For the long-term separation with parents, the lack of parental care and education, the lack of appropriate guardian’s concern and care, the relatively poor living environment, and also an important period with a sharp change in psychological and physiological, there are a lot of problems in those children’s moral cognition, emotion, will and behavior. These problems have seriously affected the growth of left-behind children, affected social harmony and stability, so we should pay great attention to it. Solving the problems of rural left-behind children in moral quality, to help they grow healthily, is an important theoretical and practical issue in juvenile moral education now.This article has carried on the preliminary discussion on this subject.
