The pressure formed at work will affect the physical and mental health of employees in the workplace.Similarly,for civil servants,various professional pressures will affect their mental outlook to varying degrees.Civil servants have special status and are at the forefront of policy implementation and public services.Their professional pressure will directly affect work efficiency and service quality.Therefore,the pressure issue can be said to be an important issue related to government functions and public satisfaction evaluation.Under the new normal,the changes in the environment and the expectations of the public,the requirements of government organizations,and the cognition of civil servants have gradually changed the working status and thinking behavior patterns of civil servants.In the face of diverse social environments and increasingly arduous tasks,civil servants often have internal role conflicts.Inwardly,there are often many additional professional pressures.This article uses literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the occupational stress of civil servants.Civil servants below a certain bureau-level agency(excluding the divisional level)in Shanghai are selected as the interview survey samples,and the occupational pressure of the civil servants of the agency is measured by indicators and dimensions.On the basis of the first-hand interview data obtained,a certain degree of analysis was made on the professional pressure of civil servants in government agencies.Then draw relevant inferences on the basis of quantitative research.This thesis hopes to add a reference opinion for constructing the professional spirit of civil servants through research.It enables civil servants to have the professional beliefs of setting up their lives,at the same time alleviating psychological pressure,and improving the rationality and effectiveness of the operation of the civil servant system.
