Implementation administrative asked accountability system is incentive State and corporate personnel consciously fulfil functions, and loyal to duties, and due diligence do duties of effective approach; is ensure State and corporate personnel consciously accept masses oversight, seriously fulfil post responsibility, better to service grass-roots, and service enterprise, and service masses of strong measures; is constraint State and corporate personnel, effective prevent and corrected has order No, and prohibitions, and has accountability not negative of important means.This paper is intended for hot spots in China’s administrative accountability, choice and subject of my research direction and relevance, use literature research, comparison, induction, integration of theory and other methods, firstly, answer the connotation and classification of the accountability, focuses on the development situation of China’s administrative accountability, including accountability background and effects achieved; Secondly to China’s officials accountability system currently describes the plight faced by:ambiguous division of responsibilities in the administrativeSystem, a variety of defined accountability system is not clear enough, and accountability in the system construction is not perfect. Thirdly, causes accountability dilemma for the next focuses on the analysis, and introduced the Western countries and China’s Hong Kong experience accountability in the area of development.; Finally, analysis for more than a few aspects, such as the establishment of effective administrative accountability, help our accountability to extricate a number of constructive responses.Hope this article on the establishment and development of administrative accountability in China provided some useful ideas, promote the establishment of responsible Government in our country.
