In2011, microblog from china government has been launched in those major platform including Sina, Tencent, People Diary and Xinhua website. Microblog is being a new channel of government information bulletin service. All Plenty of cities over the entire china have been "haze" Weather since January2013. Weather with "haze" is not only great harm to human health, but also have a strong impact on traffic,which may lead to social crisis and affect social stability.
