New Thinking On Social Public Administration And Government Operation By Microblog Perspective

Microblog is a new media that in the form network technology, based on the influences of its transmission, the public has more opportunities to express themselves, what comes next is to establish the virtualized public sphere. At present, the research on public sphere in Microblog is mainly concentrated in achieving the transformation of public sphere, focusing on discourse power and the influence and function in the politics, economic, and social life. But the research emphasized on the superiority of public sphere in microblog and ignored the problems of its own. This paper thoroughly discusses the reality problems accompanied by public sphere and focuses on the characteristics of social and public management. Emphasize on the necessity of microblog and think about the real problem.The article argues that, in the current situation, the government affairs microblog participating in public management has a unique advantages and has its reasons. As a new way,the government affairs microblog is an effective tool for public management. So its participation in public management is necessary. Some restraining factors directly hindered the efficiency of public management. Among these, the authenticity of published information is the Chief precondition for government affairs microblog. In this thesis, we attempt to present the public management and government operation in new consideration and proposal which is on the basis of the authenticity problems of government affairs microblog.
