At the same time, the Armed PoliceForce carries on information construction vigorously, but many aspects of the vehiclecertificate’s management still are in the manual work stage, the statistics, reports and theinquiry of vehicle certificate information is time-consuming, troublesome and thesecrecy and accuracy of the date can not come up with the requests of the informationalArmed Police Force. It is urgent to develop an advanced vehicle certificate managementinformation systems, enhancing the automation of vehicle management.Based on the characteristic of the management of vehicle certificate of the CAPF,adopted the thought of OOP techniques, this thesis applies the theory of the softwarecomponent technology to the design and the development of this system, realizes theManagement System of CAPF’s New Vehicle Certificate, improves the reliability, theextension and the maintainability of system. Thus it realized the automated processingof the works in all departments who are in charge of the vehicle certificate management.Finally for the convinence of management it designs the vehicle certificate system basedon web.Vehicle certificate’s anti-counterfeiting scheme is of advance techniques andeconomical. After the test use in Sichuan CAPF and ministry of public security, fire fighting bureau, security guard bureau, frontier defense bureau, the vehicle certificatemanagement information system is stable, the use is convenient, the function is strong.
