Our Constitution prescribes that the people’s procuratorate is the national legalsupervision authority, which realizes its function through dealing with specificcases and exercising prosecutorial power. Procurators are the judicial workers inprocuratorial authority. Their professional quality and occupational ethics leveldirectly influence the image of procuratorial authority and quality of legalsupervision which further influence the fairness and justice of the whole society.Therefore, it has significant effect on building a harmonious society. Strentheningthe construction of procurators’ professional ethics and educating procurators tostick to the moral line of professional ethics standards are important guaranty tofinish procurators’ professional mission.
