for the disclosure of food safety information,the idea of Base On the Consumer,runs through the whole food safety legislation.And according to their supervise to the food safety,the result of the legislation is pretty good.Considering the reality,all over the world,Japanese food safe standard is very high,therefore,the Japanese concept and standard of the food safety information disclosure have some reference value to our country.Such as,in Japan,they attached much attention to the consumers advice in the food safety disclosure field,and they according the classification of the food to
