Research On The Management Innovation Of Social Organizations Of Economics

With the in-depth development of China’s reform and opening up and socialist market economy, the acceleration of social transformation and the expansion of international communication, social organizations of economics have gradually grown up in China, and their influence has been increasing. At present, China’s social organizations of economics have entered the stage of rapid development. How to strengthen the management of social organizations of economics has become an important issue in the current social construction and social management of China.In recent years, our government and community stakeholders have promoted management innovations in the cultivation and supervision of social organizations. Take as an example, Fujian Province has actively innovated social organizations of economics on the separation of the organizations from the government, the implementation of corporate governance, the improvement of registration system and the reformation of supervision. However, there are still aspects to rationalize, strengthen and improve.The study concludes that to enhance the management innovation of social organizations of economics, legal and regulatory system of social organizations should be established and improved, the growth of social organizations of economics should be fostered and supported, the organizational capacity of social organizations of economics should be strengthened, and the methods of supervision of social organizations of economics should be improved.
