Nowadays the social material conditions and ideological changes, social unrestcontinues to increase, as the country penalty prison authorities, is mainly responsible forthe education and reform of prisoners, prison police responsible for the education functionof inmates, is part of the judicial field can not be ignored, the prison police are animportant force in politics and law team, plays a very important role in ensuring socialstability. At present, China’s prison is in a critical period of deepening the reform of thejudicial system, the prison police plays a dominant role in the reform of vital. But the prisonpolice status, their benefits are not high, closed environment, professional knowledge isnot enough to cope with strength increasing discipline work, along with the current socialabnormal enemy officer, the police hatred phenomenon greatly increased, prison police ontheir working and living environment has also been questioned, resulting in the work life ofnegative attitude and life goals lost, safety accidents which may cause endangers socialstability and harmony, and even will form a vicious spiral, seriously hampered China’sjudicial reform process. Based on the survey data of prison police working pressure as themain line, the social environment of Jiangmen prison police in Guangdong coastal areas ofthe economy developed, the thought collision is violent, factors guards working pressureand impact, and explore the measures for improvement. Firstly, based on existing researchresults at home and abroad were reviewed, the effects of several factors on commondefinitions, the pressure on the work and characteristics of the guards daily work inGuangdong Province, Jiangmen prison as a case, through interviews with, respectively,to gender and age, culture, marriage status, work departments of different dimensions forthe starting point, analysis the working pressure. Thirdly, discusses the relationshipbetween the prison management system and working pressure. Finally put forward the way toimplement the preferential treatment, adhere to the people-oriented, establishing effectivesupervision mechanism to improve the job satisfaction of prison police.
