Research On China’s Food Safety Information Disclosure Norm

Food safety information disclosure is a necessary part of our country’s foodsafety norm system. Compared with the flourishing nations, it is still placed in abeginning stage that the norm construction of the food safety information disclosureof our country. The information disclosure is not meet the basic requirements of intime, easy get, standard, full etc., and has’t formed a overall, systemic, logic system.The starting point of this text’s is the existing problem of our country’s food safetyinformation disclosure norm, then it presents the definitely basis theory of the foodsafety information disclosure from the law, the economics, the sociology etc.. It istrying to investigate a path that can effectively solve current system blemish, and putforward some suggestions for the perfection construction of our country’s food safetyinformation disclosure norm.The thesis consists of four chapters as follows:Chapter I explains the question of our country’s food safety information disclosenorm. In legal perspective, it thinks that the basistheories of the normal food safety information disclosure are the rules for thephenomenon of information asymmetry from the civil and commercial law, the criminal law, and the citizens’s right to know. In perspective of economics andsociology, the most basic reason of building up the food information safetydisclosure system is getting rid of the negative effect of information asymmetry tofood market. Meanwhile, the normal system can raise the corporate socialresponsibility and keep the food market developing sustainably.Chapter III discusses about how to promise the realization of the citizens’ right toknow, how to make the definite standard of the food safety information disclosure,how to establish the effective responsibility system for the government andbusinessman, and the consumer remedy.
