Researches On Social Assistance Of Benxi

Social assistance is one of the cores of the social security. At present, China’s social assistance services are becoming increasingly urgent and outstanding, so the social assistance system needs to be further standardized and improved urgently. To build an urban and rural social relief system with Chinese characteristics has become a necessary requirement of building a moderately prosperous society.The issues are based on building a harmonious socialist society. Through large amounts of data, and tracking study, the papers use literature analysis methods, empirical analysis methods, and comparative analysis methods. On the basics of social justice theory and poverty in theoretical, the papers use the real data and fresh examples to analyze Benxi social assistance status, its problems and causes and try to find solutions.The full-text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter:introduction. Mainly from the research of purpose and meaning, it analyzes what the social assistance can do to the significance of eliminating poverty of the whole society, according to our country and other countries’study of the theory of social assistance. The second chapter:expounding the social relief content from the definition, classification, features and so on of social assistance. The third chapter:presenting the status of Benxi social assistance, including the achievements and problems of Benxi social relief work and the analysis of the reasons. The fourth chapter is about perfecting the relevant countermeasures of the social assistance work of Benxi, establishing stable and diversified financing mechanism, paying special attention to the construction of the social assistance institutionalization, perfecting the management system of social relief and rehabilitation and actively promoting the integration of urban and rural social assistance, etc. Chapter5:conclusion.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:First, it puts forward a proposal of strengthening the construction of the social assistance institutionalization. Second, it comes up with building the co-ordination mechanism of aid management of the government departments.
