The Social Work Development Research Of Farmers’ Centralized Resettlement Area

As the development of social and economic turn into new circumstance, there appear more and more social issues. To solve these questions, the party and government attach importance to the construct of socialism and harmonious society and the creative of social management. And then it formulates the medium and longterm development planning of social worker.Community is the informal group that which has the most loyalty except for family. Community to social construction and management for the unit will be the one big characteristic of our country. Therefor, the development of social work will be of great importance in the improve of residents’democratic awareness, the promote of social harmony and stable, the decrease of social management cost.The article is based on a study of s community’s social work. Under the guidance of relevant theories and methods in social work, with the help of my internship in the community and interview with the community social worker, the article analysis the advantage in the community construction of the community social work and the part that can be improved. At last, puts forward practical guiding significance to the further perfect and development of countermeasures.This study from the following four parts are discussed:The first part mainly discuss the purpose and meaning of study, the related theory and practice research review, the method take in the study.The second part from the relevant concepts and theories of community social work parsing, these theories will be below the support the analysis and countermeasures.The third part introduces the establishment of the community background, current situation, as well as the current situation of social work in the community.The fourth part through dialogue with community social worker interviews, analysis the problems revealed from the dialogue, then analyze the problems, causes and put forward the strategy. Finally, to summarize full text, and points out the deficiency of research, and the development of the community of social work in the future was discussed.
