Research On The Construction Method Of Women's Mutual Aid Network In The Centralized Resettlement C Community In Chengdu

In the process of continuous development of society,the centralization of community has become a special output in China's national conditions in the progress of urbanization.Women are the disadvantaged groups in the society,especially the women in the countryside.And the centralized community is the community of rural farmers centrally resettled.As the name suggests,it is the process of turning farmers into residents.In the process,the rural women's living habits,social circles,their roles,mutual support networks and other aspects have been broken and missing,and the new environment is not familiar,strange,lack of initiative and enthusiasm.From the perspective of system theory and social support theory,this paper explores the current situation of women's mutual aid network in Chengdu's centralized resettlement community,and uses social work methods and techniques to construct women's mutual aid network.The first chapter is mainly through the relevant literature review and material collection,combined with the system theory and social support theory,a more comprehensive understanding and analysis of women's mutual assistance network,especially in the centralized resettlement community,women in the new environment,mutual assistance network between more need to be concerned about,build.In the second chapter,through the sorting out of the existing materials,the situation of the centralized placement of C community women in Chengdu is understood,and the existing problems,causes and needs are analyzed in combination with the actual situation and professional concepts.It is believed that there are three needs:cultivating,refining and enriching communication topics;promoting participation in community-related activities,enhancing individual participation awareness and motivation;building interactive platforms,integrating and rebuilding women's mutual assistance networks.Finally,through the combination of group work,volunteer team building and other methods to build a mutual assistance network for the centralized placement of women in the C community in Chengdu.Chapter three analyzes and evaluates the whole implementation process of the project.In the early stage of the project,professional relationship is established,and sincere,respectful and caring,empathy and other skills are used;in the middle of the project,communication between women is promoted and interaction between women is strengthened,and two study groups are used as a platform to build and carry out;and in the later stage,team is formed.To consolidate the service effect,we should establish a system based on the conference and consolidate the development of specific services.Chapter Four evaluates the accomplishment of the whole project goal by combining the process evaluation with the result evaluation.Through the investigation and interview of the satisfaction degree of the members participating in the activities,it promotes the communication and interaction among the community women in general,and promotes the awareness and ability of the community women participating in the community activities.The community women's mutual aid network has been improved and reconstructed.The fifth chapter is the summary and reflection of the whole project.Concentrated resettlement of community women's mutual assistance network status,community women's mutual assistance network construction status is still a problem,community women's commonalities should be combined,community women to build a higher sense of mutual assistance network three aspects of the summary.The results of project services in the construction of community women's mutual assistance network are summarized as follows:from group work to team building,promote the sustainability of services;to build a platform,exchange and interaction to promote the construction of women's mutual assistance network;integration of resources,play the role of peripheral resources,promote the development of services conducive to To promote the development of individual and community from a holistic and systematic perspective.At the same time,the project also needs the project content can be diversified and enriched,the effectiveness of the project service evaluation can be more perfect,the staffing and stability of the project need to be further strengthened.
