Since reform and opening, with the advance of China’s modernization process and theurban and rural economic system reform, every year tens of millions of rural labor into urbanemployment choice. In these labors, there are a considerable number of the child’s parents.Many of them send their children to stay in the rural areas, so as to form a special and largegroups–the left behind youth. There some reasons for the phenomenon such as stricthousehold registration management system and associated employment, education, healthcare, housing and social security, and other institutional factors, together with a large migrantworkers change their occupation, income instability, housing and living mobility and so on.August2013the Ministry of Education announced the "2012National EducationDevelopment Statistics Bulletin ",the date shows that the national compulsory education inrural students in school children of migrant workers left behind a total of2271.07million.Which, in the primary school1,517.88million,753.19million in the junior school. The leftbehind youth in a critical period of growth, cannot have a normal family ideological andmoral education. Because long-term separation from parents, growing up unable to obtain thenecessary family care, parents do not enjoy thinking and understanding and values on theright guidance, coupled with its guardian, mostly grandparents, by physical strength, energy,education and legal awareness and other restrictions, At present, the rural left-behind youthmoral worrying situation, some people even embarked on a criminal path. From a practicalpoint of view, the left behind youth moral issue relates to a new socialist countrysideconstruction, relates to the country’s social stability and development.Therefore, in the process of building a harmonious society the construction of urban-ruralintegration, should gather the focus on the vast rural areas and the rural compulsory education,to humanistic caring heart, sense of ideological and moral education of future, to study anddiscuss the left behind youth ideological and moral issues, and propose effective strategies,training to adapt to socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics required for thecomprehensive development of human resources is an urgent and challenging an importantissue. Combing through research status, access to relevant information, to understand thescale of the National Rural staying young, distribution, and family structure overall profile.Meanwhile, in full consideration of the status quo of rural left-behind boy, based on a typicalanalysis method, concluding316left youth of experimental high school in Anhui Tongchengas samples, in-depth school, family and community grassroots level, to get left behind in ruralareas Juvenile moral status firsthand. As a basis, have a depth analysis on the problems andcauses of ideological and moral education of left behind youth. To explore ways whichimprove the ideological and moral education of left behind youth. Such as with the government management for security, with a focus on school education, family education asthe key, social care support and self-education to build ideological and moral education ofrural juvenile of "five in one" mode of education.
