Migrant Workers’ Rights And Interests Maintenance:Practice、problems And Measures Of Non-Governmental Organization

Migrant workers is a new type of labor force grew up reform, are an important force in modernization construction in our country. And along with the socialist market economy gradually, there will be more and more migrant workers into the city, become the new urban productivity, make great contribution to the rapid development of the city., however, in recent years, a variety of migrant workers phenomenon is increasingly prominent, cause social attention, they face the tough living conditions, fully revealed in all aspects of society, in the end, the legitimate rights and interests of because they haven’t been solved thoroughly. The existing research is for the government and the unions, the protection of the peasant workers’ rights and interests of the NGO research about migrant workers’ rights are not common, lead to ngos to participate in the study of the theory of the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers also lagged behind the practice. Because this kind of NGO focus on more than one hundred million migrant workers rights and interests of the maintenance and labor relation problems, it can broaden the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers participation channels, to solve the problem of China’s current rural migrant workers has opened up another way, therefore, promote the development of nongovernmental organizations and civil society, to explore long-term migrant workers legal rights protection channel, expression and meet their demand, reduce the burden on the government and society, make the system of the migrant workers vulnerable groups to get more support and social assistance, has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper in the perspective of governance theory and the theory of civil society, from impaired performance and existing problems of rural migrant workers rights, analyzing the causes of these problems, as well as NGO has been done in migrant workers’ rights in practice and its existing problems, and from the macro level of the government, medium level of society as well as the micro level of individual three aspects put forward NGO to strengthen the strategy of the rights and interests of migrant workers.Full-text is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, briefly elaborated the paper selected topic background and significance of topics, the research status at home and abroad, and explains the research methods and innovation of this article. The second part of the core concepts of this article is defined, and the research perspective of this article-governance theory and the connotation of the civil society theory are discussed. The third part describes the present situation of the migrant workers’ rights and interests are violated and existing problems, and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon. In the fourth part is to analyze the rural migrant workers NGO activist aspects of practice and its existing problems. The fifth part puts forward some measures for promoting NGO in the maintenance of peasant workers’ rights and interests, think from the following three aspects:(1) on a macro level, give play to the government’s leading role, promote system innovation, empower NGO must be independent;(2) the medium level, strengthen the cooperation between government and non-government, broaden the NGO sources of funding channels, ensure that nongovernmental organizations (NGO) reasonable and orderly development;(3) the micro level, pay attention to NGO in the internal organization management system, perfect the human resource management and financial management, and pay attention to strengthen migrant workers their rights protection consciousness, improve the ability of safeguarding rights.
