Energy problem was arisen with the development of car. Pneumatic car will be bound to the market as it can achieve zero pollution. At present, the development of pneumatic motor is not very mature because of the matter of efficiency. The main content of the study is how to maximize the efficiency and improve the car’s aerodynamic efficiency and make it more suitable for china. This article is centered on the ergonomics research aspects of pneumatic motor. The main contents are as follows:1、Since aerodynamic efficiency of the engine is limited, and has come into a double-cylinder engine. In this paper, choosing the appropriate way to recycle the car brake’s or pneumatic energy during the deceleration. And by modeling and simulation analysis, the results can be obtained that the utilization of gas is greatly improved.2、Because of the special structure of the pneumatic engine, the body frame and territory is different from ordinary fuel automobile. Firstly, design of the car’s structural frame, and then using ANSYS software carried out strength analysis.3、This paper conducted a pneumatic car frame structure design through ergonomics software simulink obtained the optimum position of the car dashboard.4、Lightweight body design can improve energy efficiency, but it will inevitably bring comfort vibration problem during the operation, On the basis of laboratory tests, analysis all the various factors on human comforting. These factors are above:different speed, different loads, the different type of road surface and the main seat spring stiffness.This paper explores the contents of pneumatic ergonomic aspects of the car, about the new energy, reasonable ergonomic configuration of the car body, and vibration comfort research. Single of the frame and light weight design can make the car easily and freely in the heavy urban roads, and make prepared for the futures that come into the market. Lay the foundation for the next further the study of the development of new energy vehicles.
