A Study On Quality Supervision And Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Nanchang Water Conservancy Project Construction

Located in the tail-end of the lower reaches of the Five Rivers of Gan River,Fu River,Xin River,Rao River and Xiu River,the territory of Nanchang City is low-lying and the rivers and lakes are densely populated.It is one of the first 25 key cities for flood control designated by the state.The construction quality of water conservancy projects is directly related to the life and property security of people in the city.At present,the research on quality supervision in Nanchang City is still in the blank.It is of great practical significance to study the quality supervision in Nanchang City and put forward countermeasures for improving the construction quality of water conservancy project in Nanchang City.This paper contains six chapters.On the basis of sorting through the researches on the quality supervision of water conservancy projects at home and abroad,the definition,main body,basis and function of quality supervision of water conservancy projects are expounded,and the quality supervision system,contents and key points of Nanchang water conservancy projects are introduced in detail.Taking the quality supervision of Yangjiatan Pumping Sluice Project of the first phase of flood control and drainage project of Nanchang aviation city as an example,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for quality supervision of the construction of water conservancy projects in Nanchang City and determines a three-level evaluation index system.The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to evaluate the quality supervision of the construction of Yangjiatan Pumping Sluice Project.In addition,the cause of formation is analyzed based on the evaluation results,thus the strategies and specific methods for quality supervision of Nanchang water conservancy projects are set up to provide reference for the improvement of quality supervision of Nanchang water conservancy project construction.The features and innovations of this paper are as follows: combining with the practice of quality supervision for many years,this paper summarizes the key points of quality supervision in different links in the construction of water conservancy projects in Nanchang City,which provides supplementaries to the quality supervision system for the construction of water conservancy projects in Nanchang.Besides,studies and analysis are also carried out on the of Nanchang water conservancy project construction by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,whichfills in the gap in the research in this field of Nanchang City and is of important reference significance to the improvement of the quality of Nanchang water conservancy projects.
