“Bu“and “Mei“is the highest utilization rate of negative words in modernChinese. Foreign students in the use is prone to bias a negative adverbs. For CentralAsian students to use “Bu“and “Mei“to the existence of bias conditions, GuoRui “process“and “non-process“theory is demonstrated in accordance withXinjiang University of Finance and the Central Asian students bias cases, severalcommon type of bias,summed up the reasons for the bias, and appropriate teachingstrategies and teaching suggestions.This article is divided into a total of six parts:Chapter1: Introduction. Introduces the topics of reason, the theoretical basis,research methods and corpus source.Chapter2: A Literature Review. Summary of previous research results summaryoverview of the main ideas of academia into three categories on the differencebetween “Bu“and “Mei“,and certainly Guo Rui “process“and “non-process“theory.Chapter3: The introduction of “process“and “non-process“theory.Combined with previous research results, the use of “process“and “non-process“theory, summed up the “Bu“and “Mei“the use of law.Chapter4: The main bias type and analysis of Central Asian students “Bu“and“Mei“.The use of bias by the finishing of the Institute of International Education,Xinjiang University of Finance and middle-class students in Central Asia “and“thebias is divided into four types. In accordance with the “Bu“and “Mei“the lawgoverning the use, mix the wrong sequence, omission of these three partial mistake todo a more comprehensive analysis.Chapter5: The errors Causes of Students from Central Asia.
