China is not only neighbors in Vietnam, is Vietnam’s largest economic partner, so in addition to English, Chinese is Vietnamese most foreign language learning, has been stable development of Chinese language teaching in Vietnam. As of2011, Vietnam has29undergraduate schools, seven colleges opened a Chinese professional and specialty, nearly100institutions of higher learning Chinese as a second language courses, as well as hundreds of foreign language centers offer Chinese courses. However, such a large population of Chinese learning whether the Chinese teaching materials, topic choreography of Chinese teaching materials they use to meet their learning needs, what the Chinese language teaching topics they are really interested in? I took this question returning to collect and read the literature, statistics of Chinese teaching materials teaching topics and vocabulary used by the University of Vietnam, Hanoi National University, an University of Foreign Studies, Hanoi University student survey through questionnaires Vietnam Chinese teaching college students are really interested in the topic and related vocabulary. This paper aims to stimulate students’ interest in learning Chinese, and improve the efficiency of teaching from a country perspective, through research, to elect suitable for Vietnamese students Chinese language teaching topic and related vocabulary.
