On Beijing Community Aged

As a result, an ageing population is gradually speeding up. The pension issues become the urgent problem need to be solved in Beijing. Therefore, in today’s harmonious society background, the study of pension issues in Beijing has important theoretical and practical significance.By analyzing nearly twice the new census data in Beijing, showing that the Beijing population aging is increasing faster. So is the number of elderly people. At the same time family endowment functions are weakening and institution endowment is facing heavy burden, concluded that the community endowment under the new situation is the effective way to deal with endowment problem.
