The present thesis analyses the current situation of use and existing problems of Mongolian language by using the relevant theory to the Public Administration and searches for solutions to them.The thesis consists of four parts---introduction, main body, conclusion and appendix. The main body is comprised of three parts, namely, current situation of jobs which deal with Mongolian language and words, bilingual situation in Ordos and the translation work in Ordos. In chapter one, based on the simple introduction of Mongolian language、words and current survey of Ordos, the thesis discusses the measures that the Ordos city has taken to widen the extent of use of Mongolian language from the aspect of national education and national culture. The chapter two mainly introduces the bilingual situation of Ordos from the aspect of Public Administration. This chapter firstly discusses relevant regulations and rules which are laid down by autonomous region and Ordos city, then introduces the checking system for signs on the internet. Lastly, the thesis analyses the current situation of jobs which deal with Mongolian language and words and puts forward solutions for them. The chapter three presents the detailed description of translation work in Ordos city from the two aspects---the translation of official documents,and the translation of conference materials. Then some suggestions for improving work efficiency are put forward. In conclusion part, the thesis summarizes the whole content by presenting the general description of current situation of use of Mongolian language and words. In appendix, the plan for enrolling the graduates who are proficient in two languages---Mongolian and Chinese is attached.
