Research On Poverty Reduction Through Development Stage Of China Government

Lasted more than thirty years, Chinese poverty alleviation has achieved significant results and formed a poverty alleviation mode in the Chinese context which is called development-oriented poverty relief. However, with the development of the economic poverty alleviation working forward, China faces again not only an absolute poverty alleviation problem, but also a relative poverty alleviation problem. The development-oriented poverty relief should think more about the further development and perfection.This paper summarizes the three success factors of the development-oriented poverty relief, such as the benefit from the economic development, the closed link in regional development, and the innovation of the poverty alleviation mode. Otherwise, combining with the Binhai county poverty alleviation case, this paper summarizes the development-oriented poverty relief in the present situation, the effectiveness and problems. This paper set more importance on the poverty alleviation periodic problem in Binhai county. And in order to coping with relative poverty in less developed areas, this paper thinks how to adjust and perfect the development-oriented poverty relief.Combining with the Binhai county poverty alleviation case, this paper summarizes the success of China’s poverty alleviation and think out of the approach to perfecting our country’s development-oriented poverty relief in three aspects. At first, especially from the roles of the basic government in development-oriented poverty relief, the paper puts forward to the change of the government role, the excitation of the work enthusiasm in development-oriented poverty relief and the improvement in the work corrosion mechanism of the development-oriented poverty relief. Secondly, from the view of combining the development-oriented poverty relief with the economic development, this paper set some solution as the lean growth type, the innovation regional poverty alleviation mode and the exploration in the combination of the development-oriented poverty reduction and economic development. Thirdly, in concerning of the defects in the development-oriented poverty relief, the government should improve the efficiency of the development-oriented poverty reduction, participation and sustainability to perfect the development-oriented poverty relief.
