Township government personnel management is a basic work to strengthen theconstruction of township government in our country. It is related to better performance ofthe township government functions, to better serve the people, and relates to the townshipgovernment building into a service-oriented government in our country, thusstrengthening the township government personnel management is more important.Therefore, how to improve the rationality of the township government personnelmanagement, the standardization and legality, how to scientifically the villages and townsgovernment personnel management, to research our country villages and townsgovernment personnel management in our country villages and towns governmentfunction has important theory meaning and practice meaning.Based on the empirical analysis and qualitative analysis, we do a case study on Ktownship government, to the actual situation of the personnel management are discussedin this paper, based on the K of the township government personnel management researchthinks, at present our country generally exists in the villages and towns governmentpersonnel management on the main problems are:Government functions of the body is various, including its own set of functionalorganization and the functional department in institutions, which directly causes manyproblems of villages and towns government personnel management; Townshipgovernment in the actual staff Numbers do not tally with the number of members; Alladministrative vacancy, full institution, raise career unit exceed and a series of problems.This paper analyzes the reasons of villages and towns government personnelmanagement has the following points, the first is the villages and towns government ofthe special geographical and status; The second is the source of township governmentstaff complex; The third is the villages and towns government now lack of theestablishment of management rights; Finally, the backward villages and towns theestablishment management rewards and punishment mechanism. Aiming at theseproblems, by the government at a higher level of attention, the villages and towns government itself the aspect of reform, to improve the existing township governmentpersonnel management system and using the experience of foreign governments andother aspects of countermeasures to improve the township government personnelmanagement.
