Shoulder as a grass-roots government of the township government to promote local economic development,maintaining social stability,public services and management functions.Along with the sustained economic development,the township government functions will continue to transition to service-oriented functions.Township government personnel management is a basic work to strengthen the construction of township government in our country.It is related to better performance of the township government functions,to better serve the people,thus strengthening the township government personnel management is more important.Therefore,how to improve the rationality of the township government personnel management,the standardization and legality,how to scientifically the villages and towns government personnel management,to research our country villages and towns government personnel management in our country villages and towns government has important theory meaning and practice meaning.This article linking theory with practice,we do a case study on J township government,to the actual situation of the personnel management are discussed in this paper,based on the J of the township government personnel management research,find the at present our country generally exists in the villages and towns government personnel management on the main problems.This paper analyzes the reasons of villages and towns government personnel management has the following points,the first is the villages and towns government of the special geographical;The second is the source of township government staff complex;The third is the villages and towns government now lack of the establishment of management rights;The fourth is the backward villages and towns the establishment management rewards and punishment mechanism;Finally,township staff lack of effective competition.These problems can be controlled by improve the existing township government personnel management system and promote post matching to improve the township government personnel management.
